A2. Our main market is aims to Latin america market and North america market.
Q3. What Payment Methods does Langy accept?
A3. We accept Credit card, TT, PayPal, LC at sight, usually for big orders, 30% TT in advance, balance to be paid before shipping.
Q4. What about the lead time for orders?
A4. Usually 5-7 working days for samples, 15-20 working days for big order.
Q5. What shipping methods does Langy have?
A5. We have FedEx, DHL, UPS for samples orders, and air shipping, sea shipping or railway shipping for big orders/containers, and also offer door to door shipping service for customers.
Q6. Does Langy accept OEM orders?
A6. Yes, we accept OEM orders, we mainly specialized in B2B orders for different kinds of projects. So OEM is quite suitable for our business.
Q7. What is the warranty policy of your products?
A7. Our warranty is usually 3-5 years based on different kinds of products and requests. We provide free products and spare parts replacement.
Q8. Do you have any famous suppliers?
A8. Yes, Meanwell, Philips, Lifud and Inventronics are our main suppliers partners. With their support, the quality of our products will be more reliable.
Q9.Does Langy take part in any lighting fairs?
A9. Yes, we took part in many lighting fairs before, such as Hong Kong Lighting Fair, Canton fair, Mexico Lighting fair and etc.
Q10. I like the solution/audio but want my own design, is it possible?
A10: Sure, private design service is our advantage supported by our professional engineer team, save you time, energy and money.
