Last month, a customer inquired about our solar lights. Our sales staff recommended the TG02 series, but the customer pointed out that our price is 20% higher than our competitors’. Curious about this difference, our sales staff asked if we could see the quotation from other supplier.
Upon receiving the quotation, we noticed that it emphasized a higher number of LED chips, up to 1,000 pieces, without specific battery and solar panel information. We promptly informed the customer of this discrepancy. The customer explained that the seller touted their product’s high brightness, supported by a video showcasing the intensity, and claimed to use 1W LED chips and the total lumen can reach 10,000LM.

1.The number of LED chips isn’t the primary factor determining brightness, especially in solar lights, now the 3.2V low voltage battery system is widely use in the solar lights, the max power it can offer can’t more than 30W, more LED chips’ can’t increased brightness due to power limitations.
2.The battery and solar panel specifications are crucial for brightness. A larger battery capacity and appropriately sized solar panel ensure optimal charging and longer operating times.
3.The high brightness in the competitor’s video may result from using 5000K led chips,to providing a visually bright effect. However, it can’t guarantee sustained brightness throughout the night.
4.Our product’s die-cast aluminum shell offers superior durability compared to competitors’ plastic shells, and our inclusion of a human body induction mode enhances functionality.
